Day - 01 - Arrive Chennai

As part of your Chennai Golden Triangle tour, arrive at Chennai airport followed by meet & greet with our representatives. Check into the hotel and leisure for rest of the day.

The capitals city of Tamil Nadu and one of India’s four metropolitan cities, Chennai is located on the Coromandel Coast of the Bay of Bengal. Exhibiting rich culture, famous temples, ancient monuments and popular beaches, it has grown up to become one of India’s major tourist destinations.

Day -02 - Chennai

Morning after breakfast proceeds for a full day sightseeing of Chennai covering a number of famous tourist attractions and historical monuments. Also known as the cultural Gateway to South India, we shall be visiting The National Art Gallery, the Museum displaying some of the most beautiful temple prizes and the finest collection of South Indian bronzes. The famous St. Mary's Church is a must see, so is the scenic Marina Beach. Explore several famous statues and monuments located in the beach vicinity followed by visit to Kamraj Memorial house and Kalakshetra. After the eventful sightseeing, return drive to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day- 03 - Chennai - Kanchipuram - Mahabalipuram

On Day 03 of your Chennai Golden Triangle tour, proceed towards the famous pilgrimage destination of Mahabalipuram. En-route visit the town of Kanchipuram made famous by its ancient temples and artistically brilliant silk crafts.

Upon arrival at Mahabalipuram check-in at a hotel. Locaed in the Kanchipuram district of Tamil Nadu, Mahabalipuram was named after the Pallava king Mamalla. Its famous historic monuments and temples have been recognized as a UNESCO world heritage Site and is a major tourist attraction of the state. Overnight stay at the hotel.

ay 04 - Mahabalipuram

The sightseeing of Mahabalipuram involves visit to the nine rock-cut cave temples. Whereas the Mahishasuramardhini cave is known for its mythological carvings, the Five chariots or Rathas represent five monolithic temples with unique style & architecture. The Shore Temple is regarded as one of the oldest temples in South India. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 05 - Mahabalipuram

Day 05 free for leisure activities-just relax at the beach feeling the cool sea breeze blowing across, seagulls flying in poetic motions and children making sand castles-an ideal setting to rejuvenate and relax. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 06 - Mahabalipuram / Chennai / Depature

Morning drive to Chennai and indulge in some last minute shopping. This is followed by transfer to the airport and board flight for the onward destination.
